The research Heather carried out was thorough and very detailed. Heather listened to what I wanted from the research and kept me up to date with the progress. The information was easy to follow and Heather gave me pointers to continue the research on my own.  The presentation of the information was exceptional. The Family Tree was printed out with adequate room for me to add my own research finds at a later date if I so wished.  The Presentation Folder was a particular surprise! It was very professional and a real treasure to pass onto my family, a  bonus I was not expecting.  I would highly recommend Heather to provide a thorough and professional service .
